Submissions Form

When you're satisfied that your title qualifies for a particular category award, complete a submissions form and simply click submit.
         

THE CLOSING DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS IS 1st SEPTEMBER 2011.

In the event of any of your titles being shortlisted you will be notified. Please note that the shortlist levies will then fall due immediately. Shortlisted titles cannot go forward until the levies have been paid. If they remain unpaid by the closing date, the next title on the ballot paper will replace that title on the shortlist. For promotional purposes, you will be asked to supply six copies of each shortlisted title
